Kavli American dressing is an established name for over 40 years in Scandinavia.
With 7 well known flavors they are currently market leader in the Sausage / Hamburger dressing category.
With our own in-house devloped tooling we managed to produce PE temper-evident caps that save plastic en enable a 100% mono-material pack.
Due to our ultra strong EVOH-barrier we use less than 2% EVOH for optimal shelf life whilst comply to Scandinavian standards for recycling.
Next to the mono-material pack, Kavli saves 17% of plastic with their 230gr tubes and 44% of plastic with their 425gr tubes.

A direct quote from Kavli’s sustainability report;
Thanks to a smarter and thinner tube, Kavli reduces the plastic in the tubes for American dressing 425g by 44%. However, the tube will still contain the same amount of the good dressing. In the smaller tubes 230g, the reduction of plastic is 17%. In total, this means a reduction of 47 tonnes of plastic per year. The message will also be communicated on the tubes that have now started to roll out in stores. At the same time, the tubes become 100% recyclable as both tube and cork are now in the same plastic material.
